 Offering the right clinical expertise for the right projects, Dr. Noel provides lean advising for companies at various stages of growth, lending clinical insights, without compromising speed, flexibility and technological-driven product development. Using an interprofessional and person-centered work ethic, she focuses on helping teams innovate, while upholding the highest health standards.  

Kimberly Noel, M.D., M.P.H., has over 10 years’ experience of accelerated advancement in the healthcare industry. Having both industry and academic medical system experience, she provides virtual care strategies to optimize health outcomes and patient experience. Dr. Noel is board certified in preventive medicine and clinically specializes in precision preventive medicine for chronic disease management and clinical risk reduction. She is a subject matter expert in digital health and an advisor to the government, biotech companies and non-profit organizations. Dr. Noel promotes health equity and is an advocate for issues related to underserved populations and persons with disabilities. She was recently nominated to the “Power 100” for Diversity Woman Media. She is a graduate of Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, George Washington University School of Medicine, Duke University and is pursuing a genomics certificate at Stanford.
